Nina Lion serves as the Hope VI Coordinator for Rosenberg in his capacity as Judicial Administrator for Development for the Chester Housing Authority. It is her responsibility to work with HUD and the agency to control and facilitate the funding of the revitalization plan, to insure proper reporting to HUD and compliance with all regulations.  More »
